Welcome to the Gosaus and The Gosaus Team, LLC (GOSAUS) website. This User Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, governs your use of the GOSAUS site.
Please read this Terms of Services carefully, because by visiting or using the GOSAUS website, you agree to follow its rules. From time to time we may modify these rules. We will notify you of any significant change by posting a notice on our home page and information collection forms. Your continued use of the GOSAUS website after any modification indicates your agreement to the new rules.

You may not copy, distribute, enter into a database, display, perform, create derivative works of, transmit, or otherwise use any materials from the GOSAUS website (including computer programs or other code) (“Website Materials”), except that you make a reasonable number of machine-readable copies of the Website Materials only if such copies are for personal, non-commercial use and only if you do not alter the text or remove any trademark, copyright, or other notice displayed on the Website Materials.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the State of Alabama and Mobile County and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Refund Requests
Refund requests can be made by email to [email protected]. The following conditions apply:
Classes and Webinars
Refunds for classes and webinars must be requested within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, less shipping. Refunds requested after 72 hours are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Classes and webinars may be rescheduled at no charge.
Online Products
Refunds for online products must be requested within 72 hours of purchase. Online products will be deactivated upon receipt of a refund request. No more than one chapter can be accessed to be eligible for a refund.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of The Gosaus Team, LLC and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Website at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this Terms of Services Agreement shall survive any such termination.

Trademark
GOSAUS and all related marks seen on the GOSAUS website are logo trademarks solely possessed by The Gosaus Team, LLC (“Gosaus Trademarks”). The utilization of such GOSAUS Trademarks is prohibited in relation to any goods or services that are not our property. Misuse of these trademarks may mislead or confuse users about whether we are the originator, supporter, or approver of the product or service. It is also not permissible to use them in any way that could detract from or devalue our reputation.
