When you satisfy the requirements for your course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Pre-licensing education is valid for one year from the date of completion. You will need to take and pass your state exam within this timeframe. In the State of Alabama this is no longer required as of January 1, 2024.
GOSAUS does have available practice tests and study guides to prepare you for your exam. Your instructor will provide this material.
Refund requests can be made by email to [email protected]. The following conditions apply:
Classes and Webinars
Refunds for classes and webinars must be requested within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, less shipping. Refunds requested after 72 hours are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Classes and webinars may be rescheduled at no charge.
Online Products
Refunds for online products must be requested within 72 hours of purchase. Online products will be deactivated upon receipt of a refund request. No more than one chapter can be accessed to be eligible for a refund.

The timeline for completing the insurance prelicensing courses is entirely at your discretion. You have the flexibility to expedite your learning within a few days or progress at a leisurely pace. There are no set time constraints, and you decide the pace of the course. We recognize that many of our students opt for this as an auxiliary career, with a shift to insurance not being their immediate option owing to the time investment required to obtain a license. Consequently, many students are also balancing full-time jobs and family commitments.
